First of all, from the material itself, the nylon material is very easy to wet, which means it is easy to absorb water from the air. Nylon can absorb more than 10% of its own weight in less than 24 hours. For nylon materials to be successful in 3D printing, it must be ensured that the material is dry. When you use 3D printing of nylon material that is not very dry, the water in the material will explode and generate bubbles during the printing process, which will affect the adhesion between the layers and greatly weaken the forming effect of the parts and damage the model. surface.
Secondly, in the printing process, nylon has high temperature requirements and is prone to warping.
When printing 3D nylon materials, we recommend that you set the printer as follows:
Extrusion head temperature: 240 ° C - 260 ° C
Hot bed temperature: 70-80 ° C (under the premise of glue)
Printing speed: 30-60 mm/s
Layer height: 0.2 mm - 0.4 mm
